AMN - COTE D’IVOIRE: High-grade gold results at Bobosso

Predictive Discovery's partner Progress Minerals has intersected more high-grade gold at the Bobosso project in Cote D’Ivoire. The results provide good evidence of gold mineralisation continuity along east-west to east-north-east trending zones, which is consistent with Predictive's geological model.

Predictive has a 37% equity in the project and the diamond drilling program covered 17 holes for 1657 metres.

Highlights include 8.7 metres at 3.3 g/t gold from 39.6 metres; 17 metres at 1.47 g/t from 41 metres; and 28 metres at 1.00 g/t from surface.

Predictive's managing director Paul Roberts said, "We now have joint ventures with well-credentialed partners on much of the ground that we hold in Cote D’Ivoire.

"Exploration by Toro Gold on the first of those joint ventures has already produced excellent results, most notably through high grade and/or broad drill intercepts on the Boundiali permit.

"These new drill results from Bobosso, funded by Progress Minerals, are giving good early positive indications from yet another project in the Predictive portfolio."

Predictive and Progress are now planning the next field season program to commence in October. This is which is expected to consist of a combination of reverse circulation drilling and geochemical exploration programs.

Canada-based private company Progress Minerals is farming-in to Predictive's Bobosso project by funding $US1 million of work for a 30% stake. That work includes 1500-2500 metres of diamond drilling, a 20sqkm ground magnetics survey and further geological mapping over the granted permits.

Predictive earned 37% of the Bobosso project from Ivoirian company XMI by spending about $A180,000 on mapping, data compilation and metallurgical testwork on the ground but the company decided to bring in a partner to carry the majority of future expenditure as it decided to forgo an option to lift its stake to 65% after spending $2.55 million.

Predictive’s principal areas of activity are Burkina Faso and Cote D'Ivoire. The company aims to discover gold ore resources exceeding 2 million ounces which could be profitably mined in a stand-alone operation in each of its target areas.
